The VEMAG FM 250 industrial forming machine is a technologically advanced device designed for efficient forming of a wide range of meat and vegetable products. The machine is used in medium-sized and large meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, and modern delicatessen and catering lines, where consistent shape and weight of the products are crucial. The device is ideal for producing formed burgers, patties, nuggets, kebab-style products, ribs, and other moldable products.

The operating principle is based on a direct connection to a continuous vacuum filler from VEMAG, which feeds the raw material in a way that is extremely gentle to the meat fiber structure. The integrated cutting-separating mechanism performs the final processing just before forming, and the optional automatic separation valve effectively separates hard elements such as bone fragments or tendons. The calibrating belt and interchangeable forming heads allow for quick adjustment of the final shape, thickness, and dimensions of the product to meet current market requirements.
