We offer a used TREIF Twister G dicer an industrial machine designed for cutting food products into cubes, strips, slices and other formats, depending on the cutting set used. The machine is available with a conveyor and additional parts.

The TREIF Twister G model is suitable for food processing plants that need repeatable and efficient product cutting. It is designed, among others, for cutting meat, fish and cheese into cubes, slices, strips, flakes or grated products. The TREIF Twister version offers high-performance cutting with a chamber size of 120 × 120 × 550 mm and a capacity from 800 kg to 3500 kg/h, depending on the product and settings. The TREIF Twister G dicer was designed for production environments where flexibility, cutting accuracy and quick product changeover are important. The large working chamber reduces the need for prior product pre-cutting, which can reduce manual work and improve process hygiene. The machine design allows convenient operation, while the use of appropriate cutting tools makes it possible to adapt the cutting format to the requirements of a specific product.

The machine can be used for cutting fresh meat, bacon, ham, sausages, fish, cheese, delicatessen products and ingredients for ready meals. Thanks to the conveyor, the product can be efficiently discharged after cutting and transferred to the next stage of the process, such as mixing, packing, weighing or further processing.
