The Italian brand TONELLI is an undisputed global leader in the production of high-performance, industrial planetary mixers. The UNIVERSAL 2000 model, configured for 120 liters, is a legendary design dedicated to large bakeries, confectionery plants, and food processing factories. These machines are renowned for their unique, patented planetary system, which guarantees perfect aeration of doughs, precise kneading of heavy doughs, and consistent texture of creams, sponge cakes, and meringue bases. The machine's construction is based on a monolithic body, completely enclosed with stainless steel panels, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and IFS hygiene standards. The unit has an integrated internal lubrication system (a detailed maintenance diagram is visible on the nameplate), which greatly facilitates daily technical servicing during continuous operation.
