The TERLET TERLOTHERM is a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger designed for the gentle heating and cooling of viscous, sensitive, or burn-prone products. The scraper system continuously renews the product surface – ensuring high heat transfer rates, uniform product quality, and safe processing even for challenging recipes.

• Dairy products (e.g. yogurt/dessert masses, cream/milk mixtures, sensitive products)
• Sauces, soups, dressings, delicatessen
• Fat-/emulsion-based products (e.g. margarine, mayonnaise)
• Other highly viscous / particulate / heat-sensitive products
