Chassis: Reinforced, continuous chassis design, new.
Superstructure: Self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength. Crossmembers, 140 mm high, reinforced design for high ground load. Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure. (Semi-trailer construction max. GVWR up to 39,000 kg)

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5".
Jost (DCA) axle units, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) readable in the central control unit (display), 1st and 3rd axle lift including Optiturn and Optiturn. 1st axle with starting aid (without central control unit), tire pressure monitoring Wabco Trailerpulse with ZF rim-mounted sensors.

Tires and Wheels:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5 according to manufacturer's choice (Br-Go-Co) on steel rims, silver, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

King Pin:
2" bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Braking System:
According to EC standard, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS system (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator. Spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear. Aluminum compressed air system.

Electrical System:
According to the guidelines of EC standards 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 five-chamber lamps, type Aspöck Eco LED 3, integrated in the aluminum rear panel. 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 reflective panels on the rear, position lights at the front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated in the U-profile. Audio alarm when reversing.

Superstructure/Body:
Body fully welded inside. Reinforced side walls. Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum body, side walls made of 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded with upper and lower belt. Plank profiles fully welded inside. Floor laid as a sliding floor system on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers, floor load capacity approx. 9 tons/m2. Crossmembers mounted close together (approx. 350 mm). Aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile 2-3 mm thick in a straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in a beveled design. Smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel rod locks, mounted in the welded aluminum rear frame on Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the side. Hard wear plates on the side walls, approx. 2,000x1,500x4mm, fully welded. Sliding residual discharge wall with Kevlar sheet, approx. 1,800 mm long, plus side Kevlar sheet seal. Service door on the left in the front wall, opening inwards.

Hydraulic System: "Cargo - Floor" sliding floor system.
Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD sliders plus anti-lifting slide bearings, type CF 10 mm floor design. Hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke. Fixed brackets on the front wall. Separate possibility for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed brackets. Line size NW 21. Fixed brackets with dimensions and design to be specified. Operating pressure 190-max. 240 bar. Aluminum end pieces welded into the sliding floor.
