Chassis: Reinforced, continuous chassis design, new.

Superstructure: Self-supporting construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength. Crossmembers, 140mm high, reinforced design (for high ground load). Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the subframe (trailer construction max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5". Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lift and lower function, Wabco Smartboard information center, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) readable in the central control unit (display). 1st and 3rd axles can be lifted. 1st axle with starting assist (without central control unit option). Optiturn and Optiload function.

Tires and Wheels: 6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5, approximately 50-60% tread, on steel rims, silver, 11.75x22.5 ET 120. Tire pressure monitoring system.

Kingpin: 2" bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Gear: Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20 tons support load with swivel foot.

Braking System: According to E.G. standard, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS system (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator. Spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear. Aluminum air reservoir system.

Electrical System: According to the guidelines of the EC standard 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Europoint, integrated in the aluminum rear panel. 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket. Lateral marker lights in LED design. 2 reflective panels on the rear. Position lights in front, 2x white, rear, 2x red. 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated in the U-profile. 2 separate LED work lights left and right on supports. 3 LED lights in the rear crossbar.

Superstructure/Body: Body fully welded inside, reinforced side walls. Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum body, side walls 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded with upper and lower belt. Plank profiles fully welded on the inside. Floor as a sliding floor system on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers. Floor load capacity approx. 9 tons/m2. Crossmembers mounted relatively closely (approx. 350 mm). Aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in a straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in a beveled design. Smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum hinged doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel latch locks, attached in the welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon and Inox bearings. Doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the side. Trailing residual unloading wall with Kevlar sheet, approx. 1,500 mm long, plus side Kevlar sheet sealing. Service door in the front wall with a ladder that opens inwards.

Hydraulic System: "Cargo - Floor" sliding floor system. Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles, with approx. 880 PE-HD sliders. Type CF, 10 mm floor design. Hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke. Fixed parts on the front wall. Separate possibility for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed parts.
