Chassis: Reinforced, continuous chassis design, new
Superstructure: Self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for exceptionally high stability and strength, reinforced crossmembers 140 mm high (for high ground load). Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure (trailer construction max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5".
Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard info center, electronic brake wear indicator readable in the central control unit (display). First axle with starting aid (new EC regulation, without central control unit option). Optiturn function on the third axle.

Tires and Wheels:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5 according to manufacturer's choice (Br-Go-Co) on Alcoa Durabright rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Kingpin:
2" kingpin bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20 ton support load with swivel foot.

Braking System:
According to EC standards, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS system (Roll Stability Support) and Premium modulator. Spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear. Aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System:
According to the guidelines of EC standards 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 round three-chamber lights, type Aspöck LED, integrated in the aluminum rear panel. 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket. With side marker lights in LED design. 2 reflective panels on the rear. Position lights at the front: 2x white, rear: 2x red, 1 rear light integrated in the underbody protection. 2 LED work lights on the support height and behind the 3rd axle. 4 LED lights in the rear support. 1 fog light, round, in the underbody protection.

Superstructure/Dump Body: "Superstructure fully welded inside", reinforced side walls.
Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum dump body, side walls with 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded with upper and lower belts. Plank profiles fully welded inside. Floor laid as a sliding floor system on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers. Floor stacker load approx. 10 tons/m2. Crossmembers mounted closely together (approx. 350 mm). Aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in a straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in a beveled design. Smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel rod locks, attached in the welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Doors secured in the open position with one chain on each side. Hard wear plates on the side walls, approx. 6,000x2,000x4 mm, fully welded. Moving residue discharge wall with Kevlar sheeting, approx. 1,800 mm long plus side Kevlar sheeting seal. Service door in the front wall with a ladder, opens inwards.

Hydraulic System: "Cargo - Floor" sliding floor system, overlapped.
Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 1386 PE-HD sliders plus anti-lifting slide bearings, type CF Overlapped 11 mm design.
