The motor and gearbox are mounted on top to avoid heat exposure. Unused spare parts, including a motor, gearbox, as well as heating plates and heating elements, are included.

This oven was in use for only about 9 months. It consists of 3 zones; top and bottom heat can be controlled separately in each zone. Previously used for pizza production but is suitable for other products as well. The oven served as a backup unit, so this is not a distress sale, but price negotiations are possible.
