For sale is an as-new spiral cooling tower made of stainless steel 304. As a precautionary measure, the basket was completely shot-blasted, and every single stainless steel component was pickled and then hand-polished. All screws and nuts have been replaced with new ones, all shafts have been replaced with stainless steel, and all ball bearings have also been replaced with stainless steel deep groove ball bearings. Replacement motors (drive for the basket and for the modular belt), as well as approximately 20 meters of modular belt, are included as spares.

Total modular belt width: approx. 340 mm, blue area width approx. 280 mm, outer side areas on the right and left made of stainless steel.

Overall length incl. discharge belt: approx. 4000 mm; discharge section: approx. 2000 mm; total width: 2235 mm; running surface inner width: 370 mm; running surface outer width: 465 mm. Modular belt is made of stainless steel and POM. This spiral cooling tower also comes with a Z-belt. The Z-belt shown is for reference only and is not the original.
