ROSSI & CATELLI BUTTERFLY P30 double turbo pulper, designed for the pulping, refining, and continuous separation of fruit and vegetable pulps and purees in industrial processing lines.

Its double configuration incorporates two processing stages, allowing for an initial pulping of the product and subsequent refining to obtain a more homogeneous fraction, progressively separating skins, seeds, fibers, and other unwanted solids.

The combination of two working units in a single installation is particularly interesting for tomato, fruit, and vegetable lines where a high degree of separation and refining is required before concentration, sterilization, or filling.

The pre-crushed or treated product enters the first stage of the ROSSI & CATELLI BUTTERFLY P30, where the rotary system forces it against a perforated screen.

The usable fraction passes through the screen, while the larger solids are separated. The resulting product can then pass to the second stage, where further refining is carried out using a screen with characteristics suitable for the required final product.

This configuration allows for:

Obtaining purees and pulps
