The RKS 85 system's function is to precisely and consistently portion a continuous sausage strand into equal segments (whether in natural, artificial, or collagen casings), and then automatically form loops and precisely feed them onto hooks for easy transfer to smoking racks. The machine minimizes the risk of casing rupture and guarantees consistent weight and identical length for each individual sausage.
