This is an UltraVent hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, type UV 201/E, suitable for the combination steam ovens SCC, CMP 201 from 10.2011 to the current model series (index H and I), including the connection kit. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, which captures and removes vapors and fumes. Complex measures for exhaust air installations are a thing of the past. An external connection is no longer required. Installation is simple and can be done at any time, even retroactively. Ideal for use in small kitchens, in sales areas of butchers, bakeries, snack bars and catering services.
