This is an SCC 61 combi steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational, electric version. This combi steamer is equipped with a hanging rack for 6 shelves. The unit has been fully overhauled in our in-house workshop and is in full working order. It is offered with a 6-month warranty on all electrical parts.

The base stand pictured is not included in the offer, but can be purchased optionally.

This combi steamer provides space for 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit independently detects the ideal cooking path for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), as well as the size of the food, loading quantity, and product-specific requirements.
