This is a combination steamer, model SCC 61WE, from the premium manufacturer Rational, in an electric version. This combination steamer is equipped with a racking system with 6 shelves. The unit has been completely overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This combination steamer offers space for 6 x 1/1 GN containers.
