Rational SCC 101

This is a combination steamer SCC 101 from the premium manufacturer Rational, in an electric version. This combination steamer is equipped with a racking system with 10 trays.
The unit has been fully refurbished in our in-house workshop, is fully functional, and comes with a 6-month warranty on all electrical parts.
The base pictured is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately as an option.

This combination steamer offers space for 10 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit automatically recognizes the ideal cooking process, the size of the food, the quantity loaded, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
