This is a condensation trap from the manufacturer Rational. The condensation trap is suitable for the Rational combi-steamer SCC/WE 201, 202.

The condensation trap generates an accelerated rise of steam and other vapors from the ventilation pipe. Vapors and gases can thus be specifically directed via a pipeline to an extraction system.
