This is the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150 Liter from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting bratt pan is equipped with the Balanced Power 34 kW option instead of 41 kW (reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully functional. The lid has a minor dent on the left exterior, but this is only a slight cosmetic flaw and does not affect functionality in any way.
