This machine has a nominal capacity of approximately 22 kg of green coffee per batch and features the characteristic classic Probat design.

The roaster was fully refurbished in 2003 and is equipped with an original HEEMAF S.K.A. electric motor, type NK 15-4, 1.1 kW, 1420 rpm, 50 Hz.
