We are offering this used PIA Automation production line for surgical disposable masks, manufactured in 2020. The system was operated for only 2.5 years in single-shift operation and can be described as being in "very good" condition. In addition to the production unit, the line includes a connected compressed air generation system as well as a packaging and shrink-wrapping unit. The buyer will also receive raw materials sufficient for the production of approximately 300,000 surgical disposable masks.

System Concept:
The line consists of a total of three sections, which are connected by conveyor belts. In the first segment, the individual consumables are fed in via rollers, folded, the nose wire integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished, cut masks are then conveyed by an indexing belt and transport conveyors to the subsequent stations, which are arranged in parallel. At these stations, the ear loops are fed in and welded to the face mask.
