OTT TWISTER Edge Banding Machine
This is a single-sided edge banding machine, operated from the right side, designed for applying and processing edges made of veneer, plastic, and solid wood.

2. Key working units:
• Pre-milling unit: equipped with 2 motors (2.2 kW, 12,000 rpm) for milling the front surface.
• Glue application (Vario-Melt): application roller with dosing automation and modular Combi Melt system for EVA and PUR adhesives.
• K13 trimming unit: 2 motors (0.2 kW) for precise edge trimming with a tilting option of 0/5°.

• Rough and fine milling unit: for processing edge overhang and radius milling.
• AKF copying milling cutter: automated unit for longitudinal and corner processing with a function for veneer and postforming.
• Scraping units: includes a radius scraper ZKc (for PVC edges) and a surface scraper ZKf (for removing excess glue).

Accessories
• PUR package: includes a quick-change head and a hopper.

OTT TRANSLIFT Transport System
This system is used for automatic handling of parts and returning them to the operator.
• Manipulator: single-column, with suction, maximum load capacity 60 kg.
• Movements: rotation 0°/90° and transfer to the return belt.
• Return conveyor belt: width 900 mm, length corresponds to the machine.
• Part limits: maximum length 3,000 mm, maximum width 1,300 mm.
