The OekoRona M is an electrostatic precipitator that significantly reduces fine dust emissions from automatic wood-fired heating systems with outputs between 300 kW and 3 MW. The precipitator has a modular design and can be installed in both new and existing systems. The mechanical cleaning system enables fully automatic operation of the precipitator and reduces maintenance to a minimum. Operating principle
The flue gas flows through the tubes of the filter system, which are equipped with ionization electrodes. The high voltage electrically charges the fine dust particles, which then deposit on the inner surfaces of the separation tubes. The mechanical cleaning system automatically removes the deposited dust particles, which then fall into a lower collection container. An automatic discharge screw can transport the dust to an external collection container.
