NOMA MHM-21/84 F

NOMA NOWICKI MHM-21/84 F is a brine injector designed for the uniform injection of fish and seafood, both boned and unboned, and – after a quick needle change – any other boned or unboned products, such as poultry. Manufactured in 2026, the machine features 21 needle sockets (84 quadruple needles), steel needles operating at a brine pressure of up to 3 bar, microprocessor control with a color touchscreen, and an AISI 316 stainless steel construction in food-contact areas. Replacement parts are included.

Key Advantages of the NOMA NOWICKI MHM-21/84 F Brine Injector

The machine ensures even distribution of brine in delicate products, such as fish fillets and seafood, and, after changing the needles, is suitable for injecting poultry and other products, whether bone-in or boneless. Smooth adjustment of pressure and head speed, 2-mm-diameter needles, and three-level pressure adjustment allow the injection process to be tailored to various raw materials and recipes.
