213 m² filter area (standard filter hoses), vibrating motor, fire protection damper in the return air duct, motorized adjustment of the return air (inside/outside), fire hose, approximately 27 m³ intermediate silo, articulated arm discharge to the press.
Briquetting press: motor 11 kW, 12,015 operating hours. The hydraulic pump was replaced and the hydraulic block was overhauled at approximately 10,000 hours; the hydraulic cylinders are leak-proof. The press operates in automatic mode with a level sensor; a second sensor is activated when the silo is overfilled. The briquettes have a diameter of 70 mm, and the density can be adjusted.

The system requires repairs: the chrome plating on the clamping chuck is worn off. Since the system has not been in operation for 12 years, the electrical system needs to be overhauled, and the mechanical components need to be serviced.
I would assist with the dismantling; a forklift is available.
