Rodewhdhuepfx Abpech
BTT (Bottom to Top) baking system – air circulates from the bottom up, creating a floor oven effect for a unique baking quality. The result: a product that leaves customers breathless!
DAF (Double Air Flow) – extremely even baking thanks to the double airflow that encompasses each product. Not available on model 4676.
Ideal for:
Cakes and pastries of low weight (e.g. 60–70 g Kaiser pastries, biscuits, sticks, tarals...)
Fast baking cycles (less than 15 minutes)
High racking (more than 18 levels)
Narrow and long trays (e.g. 46×80 cm)
