The machine is suitable to fill 200L aseptic bags in drums. The machine frame and the positioning mechanism allow it to place and fill bag in drums on pallets. Filler head can be positioned over the chosen drum. The bag can be filled without internal air bubbles and pockets with the vertical positioning pneumatic system. Filling process is 100% automatic. When the bag is placed in the machine, it grabs the neck, opens the mouth, vacum tests, fills, doses nitrogen and closes the mouth automatically. Parameters can be programmed on a touch-screen panel.
