The MARELEC double-lane portion slicer, model PORTIO 1 DAP, with double conveyor belt, cutting speed up to 25 cuts per second, and five cutting angles, ensures maximum efficiency for slicing poultry products and smaller fish fillets up to 210 mm width. The device is designed for fresh products such as poultry fillets, red meat cuts, poultry products, whole fish, fish fillets, and ready-to-eat products. Intelligent portion slicing – pre-programmable product calibration enables quick product size changes within seconds, while the control panel allows device adjustments during operation, significantly improving performance. These machines are engineered to meet the most stringent hygiene requirements. The CIP system and full machine opening enable fast washing cycles for both the belt and knife guides. The removable modular belt is also easy to clean. The system can be configured with various product clamping systems and blade types best suited to the product. The product is fed onto the infeed belt. A 3D laser scanner calculates the product’s volume. The program menu allows selection of pre-set weights and portion shapes. The computer then determines the optimal cutting position. The hang weight feature can optimize accuracy when product characteristics change. The device can be fully opened for easy cleaning. Belts can be removed for separate cleaning.
