This Marel MS2730 Filleting Machine is equipped with an automatic Back Bone Trim system, delivering excellent fillet yield and consistent product quality. The machine has been professionally maintained by Marel on an annual basis and is currently in good working condition. (Complete overhaul in 2018).

Designed for medium to high-capacity fish processing operations, the MS2730 automatically adjusts to different fish sizes, ensuring maximum yield while reducing manual labor.
