Industrial, walk-through hygiene station (hygiene gate) designed to enforce strict hygiene procedures for personnel entering and exiting the production area. The device integrates automatic cleaning and washing of work shoe soles using rotating brushes and a contactless hand disinfection module in a single passage. An integrated double turnstile releases the passage lock only after the complete disinfection cycle, completely eliminating the risk of human error or omission of the procedure. The machine is indispensable in all food processing plants with high sanitary requirements – in meat processing plants, butcher shops, slaughterhouses, poultry plants, fish processing plants, bakeries, freezers, and delicatessen and catering facilities. The use of two longer cleaning brushes (2 x 1700 mm) ensures thorough cleaning of shoes during passage without the need to stop for an extended period, which guarantees smooth employee flow during shift changes.
