Kompozit autoklave

The autoclave material is Q345R, outside with special insulation - rockwool 80 mm thickness.
The heating way is electric air heating, in the autoclave there are heating pipes, distribute in the left and right of the autoclave (energy and electric saving), heating power is about 15 KW totally.
Fan inside the tank with the electrical engine outside of the autoclave (water cooled)

Design vacuum function, 12 vacuum ports equipped with the vacuum pipes and related fittings and vacuum gauges. The tank is equipped with a frame style inside trolley.

The autoclave design safety interlocking device, has been passed the identification by technician supervision and the certificate is held.
The control unit and the electrical system is also tested and the certificate is given.

All functions of the autoclave are displayed and controlled by the control unit (SIEMENS simatic) displayed on the monitor.
The unit is fully programable for the different temperature and pressure rising in time. It also gives the report to your PC of the process after the process is done if you need.
