The Meurer cardboard packer performs automatic secondary packaging into corrugated boxes. Technicians synchronized it with the filling and sealing units for seamless transfer. Furthermore, the SIG sterile air unit supplies and exhausts filtered air, maintaining aseptic conditions in critical zones of the production line. Air treatment and steam generation units


Among the supporting systems, the Balance Air Equipments wet scrubber (2,500 CFM) treats exhaust air by neutralizing volatile substances generated during production. Consequently, the system helps meet environmental compliance standards. The steam generator (150 kg/h) from Forbes + NSK Engineers provides the necessary thermal energy for CIP cycles and sterilization. In this way, operators can maintain hygiene and system cleanliness efficiently. Additionally, these auxiliary units improve the overall sustainability and operational safety of the plant.
