This 5000-liter vertical storage and process tank is a classic device designed for use in the food processing industry. Originally designed and certified for storing and internally transporting salad mayonnaise, it is also ideal for handling high-viscosity media such as cold sauces, ketchups, mustards, liquid fats, oils, and bases for ready-made dressings.

The tank features a slender, vertical design (1800 mm diameter with a height of almost 5 meters), which allows for optimal utilization of usable space in machine rooms or production halls. Made of acid-resistant stainless steel, it guarantees chemical neutrality – it does not affect the taste, smell, or physicochemical properties of the stored food emulsions. The tank is designed to operate at elevated temperatures (up to 50 °C), which allows for receiving and maintaining products in a liquid state directly after thermal processes or pasteurization.
