Overview This Krones rinser-filler-capper block was manufactured in 2001 and consists of a Volumetic filling system combined with a Variojet rinser and a screw-capping machine. The machine is designed for PET multiway bottles (GDB PET-MW) in 1.0 L and 0.5 L formats. The system is equipped with 120 filling valves and 88 rinsing stations. The rinser operates with 2 rinsing channels, currently configured for ClO₂ and fresh water. The machine runs clockwise and achieves a production capacity of up to 32,000 bottles per hour at 1.0 L.
