The machine is used for shaping semi-plastic molded articles in the food sector. The molding mass is manually fed via a filling hopper and may consist of vegetable and animal oils or fats, as well as water, emulsifiers, starch, gelatin, coloring agents, etc. These may include, for example, marzipan or molding masses of similar consistency and composition.
