For sale: Used compact G2000 with Mini Rex Futura. As a divider and rounder, it is an ideal solution for small businesses as well as in-store bakeries.

Currently, the unit is undergoing repairs—necessary parts are being replaced at our Cream Serwis facility in Poland.

• Fully automatic, compact roll production line
• Based on the Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder (2014), rotary version
• Two-row operation
• Manual product discharge from the outfeed conveyor
• Fermentation time: approx. 6 minutes at a capacity of 2,000 pcs/hour
• Stamping station with easily interchangeable tools
• Integrated folding, elongating, and flattening unit
• Output: from 1,800 pcs/hour up to 2,500 pcs/hour
• Weight range for stamped rolls: 38–80 g dough piece weight; for unstamped rolls: 38–130 g
• Stamp types: Kaiser roll, GB roll
• Dough types: wheat, graham, yeasted doughs, doughnuts
• Single-operator operation
