The Kilia 50 litre Meister Plus Vario is a powerful universal high-speed bowl cutter for the production of fine and coarse sausage products as well as many other products. The machine impresses with its compact design, high-quality stainless steel construction and modern, infinitely variable drive technology for precise mixing and cutting.

The machine is equipped with a 6-knife head, infinitely variable knife shaft drive with forward and reverse operation, infinitely variable bowl drive, electric knife shaft brake, temperature cut-off, revolution counter with automatic stop, central lubrication for the knife shaft and plate shaft bearings, as well as a 7-inch touch display as an alternative operating solution.

In addition, the machine features hand control and knee control for particularly practical and ergonomic operation. The noise protection cover is included, and the knife cover is manually operated. An electric knife cover drive is optionally available.
