Our carton sealing machine, type VOGEL MH-FJ-2, is equipped with a side drive belt system. The machine automatically adjusts to the respective carton size within the specified range.

Our carton sealer MH-FJ-2 is specifically designed for changing carton formats. Thanks to the pneumatic adjustment of height and width, a wide variety of carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts immediately to different formats. Two side and two top conveyor belts transport your cartons safely through the sealer. The top flaps of the cartons must be folded down manually before they are fed into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine tapes with longer lengths per roll (compared to hand rolls), allowing you to work longer without having to change the tape. Both PP and PVC tapes as well as eco-friendly paper tapes can be used. The tape units can be easily removed for quick tape change. Additionally, this function can be used if you wish to seal cartons only on top (keyword: auto-bottom cartons). Of course, this machine is also CE marked. Please note that a compressed air connection on-site is required for operation!
