A steel rail type buffer frame is installed at the inlet to reduce the impact and abrasion of the material on the belt and to improve the efficiency of belt conveying.

Convenient Transportation
The two-section split structure can be folded to reduce the height to meet transportation size requirements.

Screen Structure
The screen structure is made of high-strength steel plate with ring groove rivet connection for stable and reliable operation. Three layers of screen mesh can screen four different specifications of finished products and the mesh hole can be customized according to requirements.

Safe and Reliable
The motor is equipped with a protective shield to avoid accidental injury caused by improper operation. The frame is made of high quality low-alloy high-strength material steel to improve the strength of the frame. Computer Aid System is used to optimize the structure of the frame to eliminate bending and even cracking stress concentration sources.100% of the important welds are ultrasonically inspected to ensure safety.

Easy Maintenance
For maintenance or repair, the screen body can be placed in a horizontal position by means of a hydraulic cylinder and the belt feeder at the top of the vibrating screen can be lifted, thus vacating enough space for maintenance operation.
