General description
The Italforni Euro Classic EC9-I professional electric pizza oven features a 930 x 930 x 170 mm chamber that can bake up to 9 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm simultaneously or accommodate 2 trays of 600 x 400 mm. It reaches 450 °C and benefits from independent electronic digital regulation for the dome and the hearth.

What makes this model stand out
Its chamber is entirely made of high-density refractory material: dome, hearth, side walls, and bottom. This design promotes insulation, thermal homogeneity, and temperature recovery, as advertised for this model. The armored “hy•pe” heating elements are inserted directly into the stone to limit energy loss.
