Automatic line for rinsing, filling, pasteurizing, drying and packaging of glass juice bottles consisting of following modules:

1. SEMI AUTOMATIC DEPALLETIZER (model: Depal 512 – mini) for unpacking glass bottles from pallets, 1 operator required to put the pallet into the machine and remove the cardboard that is inserted in between the glass bottle layers
2. UNIVERSAL RINSING MACHINE (model: IND-Wash 56 S2) for steam sanitizing and hot water rinsing of the bottles before filling

3. ROTARY FILLING MACHINE (model: IND-Dose 46 PO-12) for filling of the hot product into the glass cylinder shape bottles
4. CLOSING MACHINE FOR TWIST OFF CAPS (model: IND-Close 12E) for vacuum closing of the filled bottles using steam injection induced vacuum system
5. PASTEURIZATION AND COOLING TUNEL (model: PT 42-9) for further continuous pasteurization of the product
6. VACUUM TESTING MACHINE (model: IND-Test 61) for selection and eviction of the improperly closed bottles
7. DRYING MACHINE (model: IND-Blow 86) for drying the residual moisture on the battle surface before applying labels
8. LINEAR LABELLING MACHINE FOR APPLICATION OF SELF-ADHESIVE LABELS (model: IND-Lab 32B) with top (over the cap) and side application of the labels on cylindrical bottles
9. AUTOMATIC GROUPING AND SHRINK-WRAPPING MACHINE WITH TRAY AND FILM (model: IND-pack 29 T) for packing the bottles onto cardboard trays in various configurations per different bottle sizes
10. SET OF FLAT TOP CHAIN CONVEYORS (model: IND-Trans 71) connecting the various modules of the line (conveyors between rinsing, filling and closing sections with top covers)
