The P3 fresh pasta machine is an automatic and highly reliable machine, designed for processing all types of flour and durum wheat (semolina), ideal for producing both short and long pasta, easily achieved by simply changing the extruding die.
This pasta machine is particularly recommended for small restaurants, farmhouses, pizzerias, delis, and businesses involved in selling and serving fresh pasta. the P3 can also produce sheets for lasagna, ravioli, or any other handmade pastas.
The operation is simple and efficient. The external structure is made of anodized aluminium, while the parts in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel.
The machine is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations. It produces 8-10 kg/h of short and long pasta using different dies, with a capacity of 3 kg.
