Complete processing in 3 passes
1st pass: Processing of the top surface of the door (transverse processing)
2nd pass: Door long edge
3rd pass: Door long edge
During the 2nd and 3rd passes, the protruding transverse edge from the 1st pass is milled off by using a co-rotating/counter-rotating milling process.
Double groove gluing is only possible through modifications to the machine and subsequent manual finishing of the edge.
Max. door thickness:
- Straight edge: approx. 70 mm
- Groove gluing: approx. 60 mm

Stable machine frame as a support for aggregates and housing for electrical installation.
Drive for feed speeds of approx. 5-25 m/min., mechanically infinitely adjustable.

Continuous, plastic-coated strip-type conveyor chain,
approx. 80 mm wide, with automatic central lubrication.
Manually height-adjustable top pressure with a V-belt 80 mm wide and spring-loaded, ball-bearing guide rollers.
