Iijima’s excellent high-speed JF-1030, built in 1991, modified for Bobst die-cutting tools.

Die-cutting head adapted to be compatible with/for Bobst die-cutting punches and retaining strips.
More modern LEUZE photoelectric sensors in the front and side guides.
LEUZE ultrasonic detection with teach-in function.
Sector segment driven by a double set of bevel gears instead of the previous triple system. This results in smoother, vibration-free operation of the gripper carriages.
Chains replaced in May 2023.
Gripper carriages have been overhauled where necessary, but not replaced. Current tolerance on the front guide for rigid cardboard is < 0.15 mm.
Clutch (electric 24 VDC, Warner) replaced in May 2023, as well as all roller bearings on this shaft, including those in the pressure plate just before and after the worm gear.
Oil seals replaced.
Oil reservoirs flushed and thoroughly cleaned before switching from mineral oil to fully synthetic oil. Absolutely no foam formation, quieter operation.
Decommissioned on 23/12/2025; available for sale ex-warehouse Van Rooij from that date.
For the end user: can be delivered including installation, transport and warranty.
