Basic structure and drives
• Machine bed: Heavy-duty, stable design with compact linear guides.
• X and Y axis drives: Digital AC servo motors and rack and pinion gears with pre-tensioning for backlash-free operation.
• Z axis drive: Digital AC servo motor with ball screw; travel range is 535 mm.
• Lubrication: Manual central lubrication for all drives and linear guides.
Main spindle and C axis

Clamping system (Cantilever table)

• Suction cup equipment:
• 10x dual-action vacuum suction cups (160x115x100 mm), 4 with integrated lift.
• 2x dual-action vacuum suction cups (125x75 mm).
• Pneumatics: 4 connections with a single-circuit system for mechanical clamps.
Workpiece dimensions
• Length (X): Max. 3050 mm (individual setup) or 900 mm (shuttle mode).
• Width (Y): Max. 1220 mm for milling; max. 1150 mm for all aggregates.
• Thickness (Z): Max. 60 mm with standard suction cups; up to 300 mm including fixtures for top-side milling.
• Minimum thickness: 12 mm for chamfering, 16 mm for radius milling.
Tool changer and accessories
• Type: Disc-type tool changer (12 positions) for HSK F63 tools and aggregates.
• Diameter capacity: 12x max. 135 mm, or a combination of 6x 180 mm and 6x 85 mm.
• Vacuum system: Liquid ring pump with a capacity of 66 m³/h (equivalent to 100 m³/h for vane pumps).
Control system (Power Control PC85)
