Hebrock K36 AIRTRONIC edge banding machine – zero joint, 2021, low mileage

We are selling a single-sided edge banding machine from Maschinenbau Hebrock GmbH (Hüllhorst, Germany), model K 36 with AIRTRONIC system, machine number K3999, year of manufacture 2021. The machine is currently in operation at our facility – fully functional and ready for immediate use.

Zero joint – this is what sets this machine apart.

The edge banding machine is equipped with an Airtronic hot air unit. Compressed air heated to 300–600 °C is directed through a nozzle directly onto the functional layer of the edge band, just before the pressing zone – the edge band fuses with the panel without a visible glue line.

In practice, this means the ability to edge band acrylic, high-gloss, and lacquered fronts with quality comparable to laser technology, without investing hundreds of thousands of zlotys in a laser machine. This is the most expensive and rarest option in this class of edge banding machines – on the used market, there are literally only a few machines with a zero joint available across Europe.

The machine can also operate in a conventional mode, using standard EVA and PUR hot melt adhesive.
