Detailed description:
Narrow band edge banding machine from the German company Hebrock with a system for applying glue to the edge of the component and edge banding with edges from 0.4 to 3 mm thick on components from 10 to 60 mm thick, as well as pre-milling the panel with diamond cutters. The machine is optimally equipped for each type of edge.
The machine's equipment is fully utilized thanks to the computer and PLC control, which fully controls the individual aggregates. The patented Hebrock system in the edge milling aggregates (consisting of adjusting the lower and upper cutter from outside the machine – during operation), as well as the automatic adjustment between thin and thick edges, eliminates the need to open the rear housing, which results in significant time savings, comfort, precision, and user-friendly operation.
