Features include “post-forming” for a single panel or a stack of laminated panels, a linear motor for moving the saw carriage without any friction or mechanical components, a speed exceeding 200 m/min, and an acceleration of almost “1g”, among many others.
PRISMA EVO is a cutting center without a motor on the saw carriage (patented), and thanks to this extraordinary innovation, all causes of vibration are definitively eliminated, which improves the quality of the cut surface and ensures a longer blade life.
PRISMA EVO uses linear guides with ball bearings for all sliding movements of the saw carriage, the pressure beam, and the side pressure device as standard.
The feeder of this model is automatic, electronically controlled, and equipped with a brushless motor. The side aligner is “permanently engaged,” which guarantees a faster cross-cutting cycle for a single strip. The side aligner slides on a linear guide, ensuring smooth and clean movements, and is wear-resistant and virtually maintenance-free.
