This gigantic, industrial brewing kettle with a capacity of up to 2000 liters is an advanced process device designed for food processing plants operating on a large scale. This type of kettle is a key piece of equipment in large meat processing plants, ready-meal factories, fruit and vegetable processing plants, large central kitchens, airline catering facilities, and in the sauce, soup, and culinary base production industry.

The tank construction is based on double-jacket heating technology, which prevents direct contact between the raw material and the heating element. This guarantees perfectly even temperature distribution over the entire surface of the large tank (Ø1700 mm) and completely eliminates the risk of burning thick product batches. The most important advantage of the machine is the automatic, hydraulic tilting system of the working chamber. Advanced actuators, powered by an external hydraulic pump, smoothly and effortlessly rotate the kettle, allowing for rapid discharge of the cooked product directly into waiting butcher carts or onto a subsequent transport and dispensing line.
