Përshkrim
This GEA Westfalia GSC15 beer centrifuge, manufactured in 2006, is designed for beer clarification with low oxygen pickup. The machine has a reported capacity of approx. 20 hl/h and is specified with an oxygen pickup of < 10 ppb, making it suitable for breweries requiring gentle clarification with minimized oxygen ingress. The centrifuge is currently still in production and is planned to be decommissioned during 2026. It is installed on a stainless steel skid frame and includes the control cabinet mounted directly on the machine. The system is equipped with stainless steel process piping, pressure gauges, flexible product connections, an ABB drive motor, and an integrated Grundfos pump unit. The control interface is located on the dedicated PLC panel and includes an LCD display, membrane keypad, and emergency stop. Included in the scope are the control cabinet, maintenance tools, and a spare maintenance set including seals, oil, and related service items.
