OPERATION PROCESS
The pre-filled and sealed packages are placed in baskets, which are then loaded into the GAICTECH autoclave chamber.
Once the door is closed, the system executes the programmed thermal treatment cycle, regulating the temperature, pressure, and time parameters.

The process comprises different stages:
- Heating: gradual increase in temperature until the established conditions are reached.
- Sterilization: maintaining the thermal treatment for the programmed time.
- Cooling: controlled reduction of the product temperature.
- Completion: safe depressurization and basket discharge.

The cycle parameters must be established and validated according to the product, type of packaging, and required thermal treatment.
