This set consists of a FREY F-LINE F260 vacuum lobe filler and an automatic FREY KL6 forming module, representing a professional, industrial line designed for continuous portioning and precise shaping of meat slices for the production of Döner Kebab rolls. The core of the filler is a modern, maintenance-free servo drive and a lobe pump system with an efficient vacuum pump (21 m3/h), ensuring optimal de-aeration of the filling, consistent weight, and an ideal cross-sectional structure of the finished product.

The FREY KL6 system significantly automates and speeds up the process of arranging meat slices with a constant diameter and thickness, eliminating the need for manual portion selection and reducing labor costs. This set is ideally suited for meat processing plants, companies producing semi-finished products for the HoReCa industry, and specialized kebab manufacturers. The user-friendly FREY TC 733 control panel with a digital interface allows for storing up to 200 recipes and dynamically adjusting operating parameters in real time.
